Join us on Mondays for the Community Jazz Band
Join us this fall for an exciting session of the Adult Jazz Band! Open to adult musicians with prior experience on their instrument, this ensemble will focus on classic swing and traditional jazz styles, with opportunities for improvisation exploration. Rehearsals will be held Monday evenings from 6:30–8:00 PM, offering a relaxed yet musically rich environment to explore jazz techniques and ensemble playing.
The program runs weekly rehearsals thorugh December 1st and will culminate in a final concert performance to showcase the group's progress and celebrate the joy of making music together. Whether you're looking to sharpen your jazz chops or simply enjoy playing in a group setting, this is a great opportunity to connect with other musicians and dive into the world of jazz.
Schedule: Mondays, 6:30–8:00 PM in the Music Studio (Education Wing)
Duration: Rehearsals from October 6 - December 1.
Performance: Saturday, December 6th at the Santa Stroll n Roll Event
Styles: Swing, Traditional Jazz, and Improvisation
